How would you describe yourselves?

As constant learners. We have written for artists, investment firms, insurance companies, and a molecular air-cleaning technology company (hello, microbiology!). We like to connect prior experiences to continued growth, both in our lives and in the lives of our audience. We like to have fun as we create lasting, positive impressions.

What does it cost to hire you for a project?

All you have to do is let us know the type of project you have in mind, and we’ll quote you a price. The enclosed list of estimated fees gives typical prices for a variety of projects.

How long will it take you to write my copy?

For most projects, we like to have 2 to 4 weeks to complete a copywriting assignment. That gives us time to research, compose, edit, revise, and polish until we’re happy with every word. There may be circumstances where you can’t wait that long. So, if the job’s a rush, please indicate the date by which you must receive the copy. Due to prior commitments, we may not be able to take on an urgent assignment. However, if we take the job, we guarantee that you’ll have the copy on your desk by the deadline.

What happens if we want you to revise the copy?

Just tell us what you want to revise with some guidelines on what needs to be cut or added, and we’ll make the changes. There’s no additional charge for rewriting. Revisions are included in the flat fee we’ve agreed to for the assignment, provided that they are assigned within 30 days of your receipt of the copy and are not based on a change in the assignment made after the copy has been submitted. Rewrites are generally limited to one or two rounds of edits.

How do we get started?

Putting us to work for you is simple. Let’s chat. We’ll ask about your product and the types of customers you are looking to attract. We’ll also ask you to share your website URL, as well as any brochures, catalogs or other materials that will give us the background information we need to write your copy. But don’t worry about organizing anything – we’ll do that.

If we have any questions, we’ll pick up the phone or shoot you an email and ask. When you give the go-ahead, we’ll write the assignment for you.
